The Energetic Release & Reclaim Intensive goes broader — it’s designed to release deeply held emotional patterns, stored energy, and root-level beliefs that may be affecting your sense of power, identity, purpose, or alignment across multiple areas of your life and business. What does an energetic release actually feel like?
Most clients describe it as feeling lighter — like a weight that had been there so long they’d stopped noticing it has simply lifted. Some experience emotion during the process, which is completely natural and welcome. Others notice physical sensations, a sense of spaciousness, or a quiet but unmistakable clarity. The shift can be immediate and dramatic, or subtle at first and more visible in the days and weeks that follow, as new thoughts, decisions, and results begin to reflect the inner change.
Will I need to revisit painful memories or past experiences?
No. Carmen’s energetic healing work does not require you to relive or retell your story in order for the healing to occur. The process is designed to identify the root belief or pattern, understand the lesson and gift it carried, and release it — without re-traumatizing you or pulling you back into the past. You remain fully present, fully in your agency, and fully in control throughout. Many clients are surprised by how gentle the process feels given how deep it goes.
How will I know the release has actually happened?
Carmen uses energy testing at the close of the session to confirm that the shift has occurred at the root level — not just on the surface. Beyond that, most clients feel a noticeable difference in their body and energy immediately following the session. In the days and weeks ahead, you’ll begin to notice the shift showing up in how you think, how you make decisions, how you feel about yourself, and ultimately in your results. The proof, as Carmen’s clients consistently say, is in the flow.
